Payments
Payments on Fuse are processed by Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are captured in Paystack's secure checkout and never stored on our servers. By paying on Fuse you also accept Paystack's terms.
Service fees
We charge a small flat fee for electricity (₦50) and cable TV (₦30) vends. Airtime and data vends have no service fee in v1. Fees are always displayed on the confirm screen before payment.
Refunds for failed vends
If your payment succeeds but the vend fails (token not delivered, airtime not sent, etc.), we auto-retry up to 3 times. If still unsuccessful, we refund you automatically and notify you by email/SMS.
Dispute resolution
Contact help@fuse.inargy.co with your Fuse reference. Unresolved disputes are handled under Nigerian consumer-protection law.
