Fuse, operated by Inargy Technologies, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
Phone number, full name, optional email, and transaction metadata (provider, masked account identifier, amount, timestamps, Fuse reference).
Payment data
Card and payment-instrument data is handled exclusively by Paystack, our PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor. Fuse never sees or stores raw card numbers.
SMS delivery
OTPs and receipts may be sent via Twilio or another SMS gateway. Phone numbers are shared with the gateway strictly for the purpose of delivering the message.
Provider lookups
Meter and smartcard numbers are sent to the respective utility provider (e.g. Ikeja Electric, DStv) to retrieve the customer name before payment. We don't store these lookups.
